Winter Rates

Birch Hill offers winter rates from November 1 through April 30th. All rates are based on double occupancy (call 705-635-3452 or email info@birchhillbandb.com):

Deer Run (King Room w/ Ensuite) - $115/night
Birchview (Queen Room) - $90/night
Hillside (Double Room) - $75/night

Your stay includes a continental breakfast during the week (full breakfast on weekends), and an Algonquin Park day pass (speak with Merja about park fees in advance). If you're interested in packaged lunches, speak with Merja in advance about this optional fee service.

Booking and other policies:

- VISA / Mastercard accepted
- deposit required on all bookings (secured by credit card or personal cheque, equivalent to 1 night stay or 50% of multiple night stays)
- Cancellations are subject to full charge if less than 48 hours notice is given on single night stays and 50% charge on multiple night stays. This policy is consistent with the Muskoka Bed and Breakfast Association Policy
- Check in time: 4pm - 7pm
- Check out by 10am
- No pets
- No indoor smoking
- Birch Hill Bed and Breakfast is a member of the Muskoka Bed and Breakfast Association (MBBA)
